With our very experienced in-house engineering group and long history of design and development of custom unitized facade systems, we provide excellent design services to assist design professionals. Our in house engineering department has the capability of providing any details that would assist the design team in completion of the construction documents. We have extensive experience working with design team professionals to aid and assist in modeling and detailing in order to identify and resolve issues during the design phase, thus eliminating installation problems in the field. Our drafting department and project managers are accustom to being part of a design build team and assisting in the completion of contract documents.
We produce our own embed drawings and shop drawings for architect/engineer review prior to procurement and fabrication. Upon final acceptance of our drawings we then begin producing cut lists and fabrication drawings for every part required to assemble each unit. The CNC’s and automated saws are programmed according to the cut lists and fab tickets so that we can begin manufacturing your custom building enclosure system.
